💚 Mental Health Awareness Walk – Mason City

🚶♀️ Walk, learn, show support, and help spread awareness for mental health in our community 💚
This FREE event is open to the public and designed for you to participate at your own pace. Whether you take a quick lap on your lunch break or stay the entire time, your presence makes a difference 🙌
Participants are encouraged to:

Together, we can break the stigma surrounding mental illness by:

✔️ Challenging misconceptions
✔️ Raising awareness of available mental health resources in North Iowa

Celebrate National Wear Green Day for mental health awareness! Wearing green is encouraged but not required—come as you are 😊

Receive a resource card listing Cerro Gordo County mental health providers. Stop by tables to learn where to find support for yourself and others.
🎉 WIN PRIZES
Participate in an optional bingo activity! Visit resource tables to collect stamps and enter a drawing for a self-care prize 🎁
🚶 WALK THE PATH
Enjoy a marked walking route featuring newly installed sculptures. A map will be provided on your resource card.
🍴 LUNCH OPTIONS
Grab lunch at local restaurants around downtown Mason City or enjoy picnic seating in Central Park.
