1. Consider for approval minutes and agenda.
2. 9:00 A.M. Possible closed session “to discuss strategy with counsel in matters that
are presently in litigation or where litigation is imminent where its disclosure would be
likely to prejudice or disadvantage the position of Winnebago County in such litigation”
Iowa Code 21.5(1)(c).
3. Consider for approval Resolution for Juvenile Detention Center.
4. Consider for approval 28E agreement with DNR.
5. Auditor’s office will discuss drainage matters.
6. Scott Meinders, Engineer will discuss secondary road matters.
7. Consider for approval Utility Permit for Windstream Iowa Communications to bury fiber optic cable in Forest Township, Section 25.
