Ponto Sentenced on OUI Charges

Dallas Ponto of Mora, MN, was granted a deferred judgment for “Operating While Under the Influence, 1st Offense,” a serious misdemeanor, stemming from a traffic stop by the Lake Mills Police Department on February 26, 2026.

 Ponto will be under the supervision of the Department of Corrections for a period of one year. Ponto was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $1,250 and must obtain a substance abuse evaluation and complete all treatment, and complete a drinking driver’s course. Olson was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $1,250; suspended.
