Many residents are unaware that there is a condition which a number of people suffer from which is Post Traumatic Stress Disorder or PTSD. According to Winnebago County Veterans Affairs Director Mary Lou Kleveland, it is found among many in northern Iowa.
What many do not realize is the sheer numbers who may suffer from PTSD according to Kleveland.
Kleveland stated that there are things one should look for which may be indicators or symptoms of PTSD.
There are also solutions to help those with the condition that can help.
