Garner Community Christian Childcare Center (GC4) announced the winners of Round 1 of their Community Coloring Contest. Fourth grader Rook Hartwig won first place in their grades 3-5 group (left child in the photo above), and first grader Nerak Hanson (right) was the winner of their grades K-2 division. They received Avery Theater and Red Cardinal gift certificates.
Still want to join in the fun? GC4 just released the second panel of their cartoon map. Stop by the Garner Iowa Public Library to pick up a copy, or download the PDF below. The second panel will be due back at the library by October 20, and they hope to see a lot of beautiful designs.
