The Hanson Nature Center and the Corner Pumpkin Patch are hosting an annual event called the Pumpkins and Prairies Fall Fest on October 18th. Winnebago County Conservation Board Director Chris Barber explained that this event is for the entire family.
According to Barber, there will not only be some fun activities at this free event, but there will also be pumpkins for sale to choose from too.
Food vendors have also been lined up for attendees to shop from.
Since the event is in two nearby locations, Barber says that both will be easily accessible.
The event takes place Saturday, October 18th from noon to 3pm.
