Tianna Murray of Forest City, pled guilty to “Operating While Under the Influence – 2nd Offense,” an aggravated misdemeanor, stemming from a traffic stop by the Forest City Police Department on July 1, 2025.
Murray was sentenced to 10 days in jail, a criminal fine of $1,875, applicable surcharges, and court costs. Murray shall obtain a substance abuse evaluation, follow through all treatment recommendations, and must complete a drinking driver’s course.
