Garcia Granted Deferred Judgement

Viviana Garcia of Forest City was granted a deferred judgment for “Insurance Fraud,” a class D felony, stemming from an investigation by the Iowa Insurance Division’s Fraud Bureau, in January of 2024.

Garcia will be under the supervision to the Department of Correctional Services for a period of five years. Garcia was ordered to pay a civil penalty of $1,025.
