Lisa Finch of Forest City, pled guilty to “Operating While Under the Influence – 2nd Offense,” an aggravated misdemeanor, stemming from an investigation by the Forest City Police Department on June 21, 2025.
Finch was sentenced to 14 days in jail, a criminal fine of $1,875, applicable surcharges, and court costs. Murray shall obtain a substance abuse evaluation, follow through all treatment recommendations, and must complete a drinking driver’s course.
