The September 2025 Cruise-In in Britt has been postponed due to forecasted rain and stormy conditions. Organizers announced that the event will now take place on its scheduled rain date of Wednesday, September 24.
Event organizers said the decision was made in the interest of safety and to ensure the best possible experience for participants, sponsors, and attendees.
“We want this to be a safe, quality show for everyone,” organizers shared. “The weather just looks too bad this afternoon into the evening to move forward. We look forward to seeing everyone next Wednesday.”
The Cruise-In will feature classic vehicles, motorcycles, vendors, live music, food, family-friendly activities, and a trophy presentation. Kids’ activities, including caricature drawings, face painting, spin art, balloon creations, inflatable axe throwing, and the “Happy Train” tractor ride, will also be part of the festivities.
Spectators and participants are reminded that vehicle registration is required to be eligible for door prizes and trophies. Donations of canned food items will also be collected for the Britt Area Food Bank, with additional proceeds going to support the West Hancock Ambulance Service.
The Cruise-In remains a free, family-friendly event thanks to the support of the Britt Chamber and other sponsors.
