The 18th Annual Iowa Independent Film Festival continues now through Saturday at the Mason City Community Theater and the Clear Lake Arts Center. Jim Brockhohn is one of the organizers for the event explained that the festival has an international flavor.
There are films for every generation and interest according to Brockhohn.
A list of the movies and a schedule for the festival can be viewed on the festival website. Several of the filmmakers from around the country will be attending the festival.
The event culminates on Saturday night with an awards show with some very familiar emcees.
